Industrial liquid painting

Industrial liquid painting is a coating process in which liquid paint is applied to metal or other materials to achieve protective and decorative finishes. It is widely used for applications requiring high-quality surface appearance, flexibility in color selection, and specific performance characteristics.

Our process is fully automated, covering every stage from surface pre-treatment and washing, through precise paint application, to controlled drying in industrial ovens. We use a hanging system that enables efficient handling, consistent coating quality, and an optimized production flow.

To ensure the highest quality standards, we measure coating thickness in microns, perform adhesion and heat resistance tests on finished products to determine performance under elevated temperatures, and carry out titration and scratch testing as part of our chemical and mechanical quality control processes. Along with many other quality control procedures, these steps ensure a reliable and consistently high-quality finish.
